There is something about a room full of relaxed, white textiles that always sings summer to me.”

Bring that outdoor vibe inside. When the warm weather hits, Annie Downing of Annie Downing Interiors recommends tossing the clutter and stashing any heavy bedding or throw blankets. “Lean into color by layering vibrant cocktail glassware, candle sticks in fun colors, and patterned tablecloths.” It’s really about creating an outdoor garden vibe inside with strategic use of color, patterns, and of course, flora and fauna. “Keep fresh flowers in constant rotation for good measure,” Downing remarks.
